Dr. Joel Stewart

Atua na área de leis de imigração e desenvolvimento de negócios, além de atuar como consultor jurídico do governo brasileiro. Dr. Stewart se especializou em Linguística Românica e Eslava antes de receber um JD da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Connecticut, e é fluente em português, espanhol, francês e russo. Ele é ex-presidente do capítulo do sul da Flórida da Associação Americana de Advogados de Imigração (AILA) e é uma autoridade reconhecida nacionalmente em questões de imigração baseada em emprego, além de ser um orador popular em seminários de imigração para associações de advogados nacionais e locais nos Estados Unidos. O Dr. Stewart é editor dos livros PERM I, II e III, escreveu vários artigos acadêmicos e presidiu oficinas e conferências para associações de advogados e outros grupos por quase quatro décadas. O Dr. Stewart também é colunista colaborador e anfitrião de vários eventos de rádio, TV e mídia ao vivo desde 1980. O Dr. Stewart escreveu vários artigos para a Associação Americana de Advogados de Imigração sobre procedimentos de processamento consular nos consulados americanos no Brasil e Portugal e lecionou sobre leis de imigração nos EUA e no exterior. Além de ser o advogado gerente de Joel Stewart, PA, atualmente o Dr. Stewart atua como consultor jurídico do Consulado Geral do Brasil em Miami, como Cônsul Honorário do Brasil na Flórida e como advogado sênior "advogado" da Lei Fakhoury Group, uma empresa especializada em migração internacional com escritórios principais nos EUA e na Índia, com parcerias mundiais de migração em todos os continentes do mundo.

O Dr. Stewart também é Notário Civil (Flórida Civil Law Notary) com todos os poderes de um tabelião e pode exercer a função no Brasil e em outros países, tanto como na Flórida e nos EUA em geral.
